Best measuring cup I've ever owned. The markings haven't come off, even though repeatedly washed in the dishwasher.

This 2 cup capacity measuring cup is ideal when you need something to mix like scrambled eggs or an individual Dutch Baby pancake (which for one person I bake in the 2 qt. casserole perfectly!). Plus so nice for all those recipes that requires 2 cups of something!

Handle Too Short and Shipping Too Expensive

The handle is too short, so it's hard to keep a grip on it. I recommend the other popular brand instead because the handle on that one is connected at the bottom of the cup as well as the top. Also, because glass is heavy, the shipping cost as much as the cup itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this measuring cup because I read a favorable review of it in a cooking magazine. According to the review, this particular cup is the most scientifically accurate, easiest to use, and has durable markings. It had been discontinued but World Kitchen brought it back. I am very happy with the product. Thank you for making it available again, World Kitchen!

When I decided to buy measuring cups, my first thought was Pyrex; not only for the name, versatility, and durability, but for the 'don't think twice affordable price.' Pyrex products are lifetime investments.

This measuring cup is one of the most useful tools one can have in the kitchen. Made in the USA by Pyrex (buy American!), it's a classic! At two cups, it is THE go-to size - not too big, not too small. If I were putting together a gift of kitchen gadgets and tools for the beginner, this would be the measuring cup I would include. Love, love, love it!!

A popular cooking bimonthly magazine rates the Pyrex cups as the most accurate on the market. My current Pyrex measuring cups are over 15 years old. These are just as good and I like the graphics better. They're cleaner, more crisp and easier to read. I'm happy to have four of these now as I use them just about daily. Excellent job packaging - heavy duty bubble wrap - all that glass and nothing broken.

I have 4 different sizes of these and the 2-cup size is my absolute favorite. When mine was accidently broken, I was online ordering it within minutes. I just cant function well without this size!!

This is the classic Pyrex measuring cup our mothers and grandmothers used. It's still the best. The new angled measuring cups are horrible. I wish world kitchen stopped trying to fix things that aren't broken, and just stick to (and return to) the Classic Pyrex designs that worked for many, many years before they bought the Pyrex brand.
