Perfect size and shape for hand mixing pastry and meat.

This bowl is exactly what I wanted for mixing pastry. When chilled, it holds the temp longer than a stainless bowl, and the shape is perfect for getting both hands into the mix. It's nice to have a lid for when I want to refrigerate my mixtures.

I switched to pyrex last year and I would never go back to normal plasticware again for storing my food..This stuff is the best since it doesnt stain and has great lids to seal everything in.
