I have only used them a couple of times but they seem pretty sturdy and great for the non stick pans & griddle.

Sorry to say, this is the first (and hopefully the only) time I felt disappointed with products I've ordered from this website. The locking mechanism is too flimsy for reliable use. I have to 're-bend' it every other use. Don't waste your money on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
