The plastic is not as flexible as the original lid, but it fits fine and I loved being able to get replacement tops for all my Pyrex. I love my glass containers and was so disappointed when the lids wore out ( I have had them for quite a few years.)

This lid does not fix my 7" by 11" 2 quart Pyrex casserole dish, which is #2232. This lid is made for the dish with the plain tab handles. Mine has broad handles. This is a very nice lid, and appears to be for the 2 quart baking dish that matches the 3 quart baking dish #233. It is marked #232. (Not enough information was given in the item description, so I couldn't tell before ordering it.)
