I ordered a replacement lid to an old model French white large dish. It was delivered within days and was very reasonable priced. The service was great! The outlet store in St. Jacobs did all this for me!

I am leary of purchasing over the net. However, this item was not available in the regular store. The sales associate was very helpful in the store directing me to the online process. The purchase worked perfectly and I even ordered an extra piece just in case the top become obsolete and I need another replacement. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The cover was purchased to fit the new style French White 4qt Roaster that has a flatter cover. The shape appeared correct in the pictures of each so was disappointed that the cover fits the width but not length of the roaster. It does stay secure and not slide and is more practical for higher items to be roasted (ie. chicken) than the newer style cover.
