I have used Pyrex for most of my adult life, I can remember my mother and sister using it, so YES, I would definitely recommend it to someone!

After looking for many months for a 2 1/2 quart oval casserole, I was happy to find this one. When it arrived, the packing slip said 2 quart, and the dish itself was stamped on the bottom 2qt/2L. Happily, after measuring it, I found it held 2 1/2 quarts with room to spare!

I am very happy with this item.
The lid is wonderful and the size if perfect for my family of three.
The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is that I wish the handles were a bit larger. Compared to the size of the dish and what it may be used for (roasts, etc.), they are a bit small.

Fast shipping, great prices, and a wonderful product. I've never had a "bad" pyrex dish. The plastic lid fits perfectly and is helpful for leftovers. Much cleaner than saran wrap.

My roaster came shattered so I called customer service. The woman I spoke with was super nice and in a matter of minutes she had a replacement roaster being shipped. I have dealt with many other companies and this one by far is the best! Thank you

I enjoyed using this dish and the lid that came with it really is great as I fiix dishes ahead of cooking are taking somewhere and I have only one dish to clean.

I literally opened the box when it arrived, washed it and started using it that day and it's been busy in my kitchen ever since, especially because of Thanksgiving and I would imagine over the next holidays. It's great because I not only cook in it but also store in it as well and it's a great size!
