Has become a staple in the kitchen for heating up and storing leftovers from soup to meatloaf. Unlike its tiny "cousins," the top goes on easily, fits perfectly, and comes off easily.

this bowl is the perfect size for my big lunches or salads. the glass is sturdy and easy to clean. the lid fits nice and snug. you can't beat the price.

These are good size containers we were looking for. Love the large storage for refrigerator. Have been wanting to get rid of some plastic containers for a while. Got some of these and it is working great for us. From reading blogs, it is better NOT to put the lid in the dishwasher. I have not tried it and will not try it. The glass container can take anything you throw at it... Love this product!

I got my first of these in a boxed set of different sizes. I much prefer to store my foods in glass because it is so much safer regarding chemicals both to heat food up in, and for the environment. I wanted more of these larger size for storing soups and stews. When they went on sale after Thanksgiving, I purchased four more! I am so happy with them. I love that I can even freeze foods in them. I can microwave the foods in the bowls (sans cover) and not worry about harmful chemicals leaching into our food from plastics.
My only complaint is how long shipping took. I ordered them the Monday after Thanksgiving and they didn't arrive until the week before Christmas. That's over three weeks! Due to that, I won't be ordering from World Kitchen again unless the prices are unbelievably low.

I always order from WorldKitchen. I love the products and their speedy service and great prices! I purchased this bowl and cover and also all the other sizes. They are great mixing bowls and storage bowls and the covers fit tight to keep food fresh.
