I love the corelle dishes. I bought some of the bowls, dessert plates and dinner plates. They can go in the microwave and the dishwasher. They are just the right size and weight. My Mom has had a set for years and they don't have one crack. She hasn't thrown any at me yet, but we have dropped one or two and they don't break very easily.
Perfect for a growing family or an ageing family like mine.
