The design and make is good but not very happy with the look meaning it seems like a used product . The bottom of the mug looks beat.

Stoneware is not as delicate and perfectly white as the Vitrelle plates, but is still nice. Durable and matches plates well.

I really like these cups. They match my dishes really well. The cups that came with my dish set were huge....I didn't like them at all. These are a great match. Might get some more.

The cup design was both utilitarian & attractive. The price could not be beat, while the speed of delivery was most impressive. The personal customer service provided over the phone during ordering was helpful and expecially courteous

I not only was very pleased with the quality of the product, but I was most impressed with your commitment to me and my satisfaction. One of the cups arrived with a broken handle and when I reported this to you, you shipped me another one without asking me to return the broken one which would have been inconvenient and a nuisance. I was very impressed by the integrity and responsibility of your company. I would surely do business with you again and would recommend your site to anyone I know.
