This 6 ounce size is so versatile, and I love the bright white color. These little bowls hold just the right amount of ice cream, pretzels, make-your-own taco fillings, etc. Just what I was looking ofr!

For side dishes with juice that you don't want mixing with food on the plate, these little bowls are great. Also handy for small leftovers.

A lover of Corning Ware since 1965, I first bought Corelle when setting up my son in an apartment in 1993. From time to time I bought additional pieces for him and added some for myself. I have found Corelle to be so pleasing--light, thin, strong, microwave-safe, and available in every size and shape I need--that I have given away my "good" dishes and use Corelle in my primary home and now in my vacation home. I haven't used the six-ounce bowls that I am reviewing because I forgot I had ordered them till asked to review them. The dishes were packed so carefully with so much bubble wrap that I hadn't noticed the little box in the bottom corner of one shipping box. I ordered these because I have used this six-ounce bowl at my son's house (he still has some Corelle) and they are just right for modest servings of foods such as ice cream or yogurt. I've never had a Corelle product (always Winter Frost White for me) that I didn't like!

We use these small bowls for a variety of things - salsa, snacks, small servings, etc. We had previously purchased 2 and came to realize we needed a few more so that we weren't always hand washing them to keep them available.

We love the 6 oz size for our kids. We bought a whole bunch. I hated using plastic bowls (the chemicals and the switching back and forth to microwave things) We don't microwave in plastic, ever. This size is perfect and stands up to my little ones' use. They've dropped them many times and they're still perfect. The bowls were delivered quickly and safely. I would order them again from World Kitchen.
