I did not like the textured surface, and it was very noisy when putting anything down on it. Not satisfactory as a cutting board, and too small for my purpose. It is being returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used Corning Coounter Savers all these years and ordered new ones to go on my new Emerald Pearl granite counter top.
Could not find big counter savers but these new smaller, light weight ones are just as beautifully crafted.
Did not like Kobe design as much as it's very light and not colorfull.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recently received my order of Kobe dinner plates, luncheon plates, and bowls from World Kitchen. Buy two get one free made a terrific purchase. Fast shipment and good packaging. We are delighted with the square design plates. What a great change from round. The bowls unique shape also make for an interesting setting. The pattern is very simple yet elegant. Makes a beautiful setting for the table. Customer Service was absolutely outstanding. World Kitchen knows how to treat their customers. Would highly recommend their company to anyone making a purchase.
