What we receive is not what we saw in the store

The glasses were attractive and we bought 2 sets. What we received were glasses that had unsightly seams and production defects. We were so disappointed that we called to get some of them replaced. The vendor instead offered to send another set in hopes that we that way would have at least 2 complete sets of decent glasses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the glasses, they are absolutely beautiful! When they arrived though, there were two that were cracked. I called customer service and they were replaced that same week, no hassle returning the broken ones! I would like to commend this company on their customer service. I am very pleased with the product and their cooperation!
