I read reviews before I purchased the Pewter Corelle ware, and was aware that the quality wasn't consistent. I purchased 10 extra dinner plates, hoping with the extra's that I would get one good quality complete set. NOT!
EVERY piece has a design flaw. The design is not centered, there are wrinkles in the design, the edges are warped and don't stack nicely. This is a total disaster!!
I have owned other Corelle ware through the years and have always been happy. In fact, I had 5 different designs, and just wanted to replace them all so I had all matching dishes. So I purchased 2 complete sets, with an additional 10 dinner plates. NOT ONE of the dishes in the Pewter Pattern sets are up to the traditional Corelle standards. These dishes are only available online, so you can't actually inspect the quality before you purchase. Sure, I can send them back, If I want to pay the return shipping. STAY AWAY from this pattern.

While this is advertised as a pewter the color is more in the ivory/cream line - which is exactly what I wanted. My pattern is consistent - not irregular like some of the other purchasers have experienced. I ordered three sets and the only minor problem is a couple of my cups have little air bubbles in the finish on the handles. Customer service is fantastic so I will call and I'm sure they will replace them. This is the third set of dishes I've bought in the last 2 months - other two were not Corelle. I'm just hooked on the quality and the lightweight of Corelle. They last so long the only reason I replace them is that I get tired of the pattern after 10 years or so!! Love, love, love these dishes!!!

I purchased three sets of these dishes, so happy to have found a pattern NOT in white. Half the dishes have poor placement of the pattern, or the circle itself wasn't round as though I'd hand drawn it. The other half are not flat, when stacked in the cupboard they were wavy as heck. The mugs and bowls were fairly OK. On the large and small plates there were five which had white spots, where the ink was just absent from the pattern. I've had three different sets of Corelle over my 36 years of marriage and can't believe this company would put their name on such terrible quality. Buyer beware!!!

Ordered two sets but only received one so far, disappointed about that. Its been over a month waiting for the second set of dishes. I like that the dishes are lightweight and microwaveable.

I bought three sets of these dishes, and am very disappointed in them. First of all, the plates don't stack evenly - they seem to be warped, as another reviewer also noted. More importantly than that though is that the pattern is completely off center on just about every one of the dinner plates. I called customer service, who offered to send out new plates. I requested five, and got five, but truth be told, I should have requested at least 10! The plates arrived very quickly, but the replacements were no better than the originals. I haven't had new dishes in years, so was excited to get new ones. Now I wish I would have kept my old dishes, bu they went to my son who moved into a new apartment, so that's not an option. I'm in the process of trying to figure out what I can do about this. Send them all back, or live with them!

I was shocked to notice that the pattern on the plates are uneven. They pattern is not centered and the lines are curved and not smooth. When the large plates are stacked ( I bought three sets) there are spaces between the plates indicating that they are not even flat and level.. I am shocked that Corelle approved this pattern and put their name on them. They are not near the usual standard for Corelle. I am very dissappointed with my purchase and would not recommend this particular pattern.

Are these seconds? I purchased 2 16 piece sets. Almost every dinner plate and luncheon plate has the pattern off center. The sets will definately be going back and I am disappointed. I have wanted Corelle dishes for some time now, but have not be able to find a pattern I really liked and could live with for the long haul. I guess I'll be waiting some more.

I really like this pattern....it was exactly the color/pattern that I was looking for. I just wish that there were accessories to match (serving pieces, dessert plates, etc.).

I bought 3 sets of these for a service for 12. Mostly I am satisfied. The colors actually are not a pewter but more in the brown family, which is just what I wanted, and I do love the colors.
As with others disappointed no coordinating serving pieces. Had to buy small dessert bowls from another company and am disappointed in them.

The dishes are pretty and shipping was quick and efficient. They look great but wish there were serving bowls/accessories to match. Thankfully, the colors are simple to match with accessories from any home store.

I bought these for an everyday set. I like that they stack well, don't take up much room in the cupboard, and are durable. However, I certainly wouldn't use them to serve a "nice" meal. Many of the patterns on the plates are crooked, as if the machine that prints the design was not set right. The circular patterns on the outer edges of the plates are way off. On several plates, one side of the ring is thick, and the other is thin; therefore the pattern is not centered on the plate, so the plates themselves appear to be crooked. I guess they're okay for my immediate family to use on a daily basis, but I would be embarrassed to use them when entertaining guests.

We love our new dishes ... however disappointed that this particular modern set doesn't have an open stock of matching accessories; such as sauce dishes, serving bowls. or a meat platter. There was nothing wrong with our old set which we have had for about 25 years ... we just wanted to update it.
