Gender: Male

Intended on buying a non stick surface pan but after talking to the sales person, was willing to give the cast iron pan a shot. The rep indicated it would probably be easier to care for than I expected. She was correct. The pan does a great job with cooking and relatively easy to clean so far. Of couse you should strictly follow the cleaning instructions. Hope to have this pan around for a while.

I would recommend this to a friend!
