I ordered several pieces of the Corningware Pyroceram cookware. These smaller casseroles do not have the registered trademark "Corningware" stamped on the bottoms as all my other Corningware bakeware has. This makes me wonder if they are really Pyroceram, or a cheap copy. I guess I will have to try them on the stovetop and see if they crack.

Being a bit old fashioned I ordered this plain, white casserole dish. I absolutely love it but then I've owned Corning products for more than 50 years and they haven't failed me yet. The discription says it can be used on the stovetop but the manual says not to. I'm not sure if I'll chance it but I've already used it in the oven and microwave and it's great. The size is perfect especially for vegetables. Need I say more???

I'm very happy that I found the classic Corningware Products at World Kitchen. I have been looking for it since many years. Some of my Corningware Pots are 45 years old and still look like new. Why was production haltet?

I broke my dish and needed a new dish to go with my glass lid. I use this particular one alot and couldn't find the same thing in the stores, but I found it online and they sent it right away. I was delighted to have it back in my collection.

Almost perfect - I miss the cornflower

I found this product after a web search for a replacement of my broken favorite casserole. The fact that the little blue cornflower was missing caused me some concern that the product I was ordering was different in some way; different dimensions, different cover, etc. I have limited storage space in my kitchen and it was important that it nestle within my other Corningware products - and that I didn't have to buy another lid. I was delighted that the casserole was exactly the same, with the exception of the blue cornflower.

I had a similar casserole dish for over 30 years. Recently it was dropped and broke. The lid was still good ; all I needed was the dish. I was so happy to find that I could just order the dish.

SOOOO glad to be able to get the Stove Top casseroles again! I just purchased an new induction stove, but insisted on a hybrid so I can continue to use my Corningware as well! I have been a Corningware lover for over 40 years. Naturally, over the years, I have broken lids and the casseroles themselves and I now wanted to replace my current ones with the type that has handles and multiple uses--stove top/oven/microwave/freezer/dishwasher--the BEST casserole dishes ever! (I prefer the ones with handles over the French White, as I feel they afford better security when handling a hot dish. I discovered that the new Simply Lite cannot be used on the stove top, under a broiler not in a toaster oven--all situations for which the Stove Top casserole is suited.)
I was very disappointed to find the Stove Top ones were no longer available in Western Canada, so am elated to discover them online. And the plain white is so classic--love it!
