Better than cast iron pots, because I can clean off any cooking stains at the bottom of the Casserole with bleach.

My original one was dropped and it broke so I needed a replacement ASAP since I use this all the time with its coordinating glass lid. I have an entire set of all the sizes with both their glass and plastic lids . I have been using this type of Corning Ware for 20 years..LOVE IT! It is sturdy yet lovely.
I would recommend this to a friend!
