I absolutely enjoy using these two skillets. They cook quickly and evenly and clean up is a snap. I really liked that they came as a set. The main drawback in using the 9" skillet is if you need to use a lid there are no lids to be found for that.

Received the two pans, the 9 inch was warped however, called customer service they sent out new set received it within 3 days, both pans are working great. Would recommend these pans to anyone. As always Revere Ware is the way to go. Have used this brand for over 50 years now.

10" skillet bottom too thin, warps

I purchased this set and used the 10" skillet for the first time. Before using, I noticed the bottom was dented outward and it would not sit flat on our electric stove. Took it back and received a second pan. This pan would set flat (no dent). Used it the first time on medium heat and the pan warped outward and now will not sit flat on the stove top (the other skillet in this set does not have this problem). I can manually press the bottom of the pan and get the dent to go back in (thus sitting flat); however, slight heat returns the warp. The bottom of the pan is simply made too thin given the diameter of the pan. Bottom line is that this is not your mother's Revere Ware.

I've been using these skillets since they first came out. Excellent whether using gas or electric. No other brand in my kitchen!

I got my first set of Revere cookware for Christmas three years ago. I loved them. My sister cooked with my 10 inch frying pan and burned something in it, ruining the non-stick finish. It broke my heart when scrubbed it out and in doing so scratched my pan. I was furious. I was more than happy to find World Kitchen online and order a set of 2 - 10 inch non-stick copper bottom skillets! (Not only that but a bonus 12 inch as well.) Needless to say. I am back on speaking terms with my sister again. (And my sister is NOT using my cookware anymore.)

This is not remotely comparable in quality to the older American made Revereware or even the Chinese made version of about 6 years ago.

These can only be described as a cheap knock-off of what used to be a high quality product.

I treated these skillets with oil as instructed and used them on a low fire, but the copper bottoms turned spotty, dark and the copper burned off with the heat from the burner, almost looked like the copper was sprayed on. Not a very happy customer.
