This set of three storage bowls is quite small but great for refrigerating items need to keep cold. Since they have metal around the rim, I don't think you can use them in the microwave and the instructions do not tell you if it is or is NOT microwave safe. I was disappointed in that because I needed something to heat up leftovers. Perfect for storing but not re-heating.

I would recommend this to a friend!
