I have cooked many a meal with microwaveable products. I worry about the chemical transference. Now that I have been using this Easy Grab Pyrex Baking Dish, I have peace of mind and I never have to use a pot holder! I live alone and I place a towel where I am going to eat and place the whole meal right in front of me and eat from the Pyrex dish. One less dish to clean. If I don't finish the dish , I let it cool down and put the cover on and place it in the refrigerator. I would be happy if they made a 6" x 6" with the easy Grip handle. Great Product!

Don't purchase if you care about tight fitting lids

Glass casserole is great--love the handles, BUT...the lids just sit on top. Easy Snap Lid(tm) DOES NOT snap at all and certainly does not protect food from contamination/drying out/picking up refrigerator odors. If you just want a glass casserole--okee dokee, just don't expect anything from the Easy Snap Lid(tm) lid--you're better off with plastic wrap!

I purchased this dish to make brownies instead of using my cake pan. The dish is perfect for this & I love the handles & cover. Can't wait to use it for other things now that the holidays are just around the corner.
