Liked the pattern as soon as I saw it ordered two sets. But the salad plates are awful and we gave them to the Goodwill after a month of trying to live with them.
Our complaints? (1) they have a brown scrubby background color that causes the plates to look like they're dirty. I have to feel them or hold them up and look at them at a slant to see if they're clean or not. (2) That scrubby brown background color has a rough texture that causes silverware to give off a scraping scratching sound which is quite irritating. (3) None of the other Watercolors components have that background. That plate simply should not have been bundled as part of the set.
Note that the background barely shows in this photo which is from the product's page.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE this pattern. Redecorated my kitchen and was happy to find a Corelle pattern that fit the new décor. I have used Corelle for 30+ years because of its versatility and durability. I was happy to see some new patterns that fit well in modern kitchens. I really wish there was a platter and serving bowls to match.

Liked the pattern as soon as I saw it ordered two sets. Dinner and luncheon plates were warped , called customer service and they were very helpful. Was sent 4 dinner, 4 luncheon plates to replace the bad ones. Are enjoying my watercolors sets and love the colors, just wish the soup bowls had a little more color to them to match .Glad I ordered them.

Our family loves the Watercolors set! I switched to Corelle after having a Pfaltzgraff set that got so hot in the microwave, my children would burn their fingers trying to take their plates out.
I am so happy with the new set of Corelle. I am able to fit the whole 16 place setting (salad plates, dinner plates and bowls) in one cupboard. My stoneware set took up two and a half cupboards and was much heavier!
The colors are true to the picture. I was very happy with the packing as well! No pieces were broken and everything arrived as pictured and as described! I previously tried ordering this same set from a national retail chain and everything came broken. I would recommend ordering directly from Corelle to anyone who wants hassle free, efficent service as well as carefully packaged/undamaged merchandise!!

I like the set but I don't like that you all don't make the matching salad bowl, serving platter etc. like your other sets. I also don't like that my plates are not round they are warped, why I don't know yes you all did replace the warp ones but others are still warp. These dishes are great in weight for people who suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome.

I bought these to use as everyday dishes and just love them. I wanted something colorful but not bold and these are perfect. The pattern does feel a little gritty but I really don't mind that. I like their lightweight durability and the fact that you can use them with quite a varity of solid color placemats or tablecloths.

I was SO tired of the beautiful, but heavy plates and bowls - so since my mom has been using Corelle most of my life, I decided to see what they had! To my surprise, I found this beautiful set. They are very colorful and I have had so many compliments on them.

I had a set of Corelle dishes for 15 years and was looking to get new dishes when I ran across these. The dishes are absolutely beautiful, fun, and functional. I get so many compliments on them, and I also love the fact that the set comes with stoneware mugs. I was greatly impressed with the speed in which I received my order. I would definitely recommend these dishes to a friend.

I was looking for dishes that my grandchildren could use and not worry about breaking and be dishwasher safe. I had been looking for months but just could not find a pattern that I liked. I visited the website and fell in love with the watercolors pattern. We have been using the dishes for about 2 months and the grandchildren love eating off of the same dishes we do. The colors are not bold but then again its name is watercolors!

i need plates that are lightweight. This pattern goes with my kitchen and aren't plain white...I loved the Corelle in white but I love the watercolor print so much more!

I didn't like the coloring or the texture of the pattern on the small dishes. They looked cheap.....however, I did purchase another pattern and love them!

Have to say they bring a smile to my face everytime I use them. A friend of mine has this set and I love hers and decided to get my own - at the time she purchased, the set included the matching bowls; the bowls in this set don't go with the set at all. Also the colors on my set are noticeably paler than on my friend's set; I actually like the paler colors better on the cups and bread plates but wish the colors were a bit deeper on the plates, but the plates are still lovely. The bowls that match this set are available separately, so I bought 4 of them and gave the bowls bundled with this set to my sister. So 1 star removed for the chintziness of not including the matching bowls with the set so that I was forced to buy them separately.

I love my set of Watercolors, have service for 16. I have one issue with this pattern.........there are no matching accessories. For example I would love to have some matching pieces such as salt and pepper shakers, large serving bowls etc. If you want to use the set for daily use without any serving pieces, its the set for you, otherwise hope there is some planned in the near future...
