Corelle is great - World Kitchen is even better!

We live overseas, and my wife was visiting family in the States. A perfect opportunity to but some Corelle. I ordered three sets of Spring Pink Corelle and had it sent to my wife's family. I had a slight hitch with my online order, but a phone sales rep promptly, courteously, and cheerfully took care of my problem.
About the Corelle:
We love Corelle. We've had a set of Spring Blossom Green for 35 years which we use for meat (we keep kosher). Lost a few pieces to breakage over the years, but it still looks great.
Livingware Spring Pink is a bright a cheerful patter and is a nice addition to our home - a perfect pattern for dairy use. My only complaint would be that the striped bowls aren't as nice as having the pattern itself - not the end of the world however.
A few pieces were slightly defective. It seems that Corelle Quality Control isn't what it used be 35 years ago (neither am I for that matter). My wife immediately panicked, as she wasn't sure this would be taken care of in time for her return trip. This is where the review switches over to World Kitchen...
About World Kitchen:
Insane service - that is, insanely awesome service. My wife called about the defective pieces. The woman who handled the problem said that replacement pieces would be sent out immediately - no need to return the defective items! Wow! Talk about making it painless.
The replacement items showed up in a day or so, packed in several yards of bubble paper.
In summary:
I posted a review more to praise World Kitchen, than to discuss Corelle. Corelle is Corelle, and everyone knows what they're getting - more or less.
World Kitchen is one of the best online sellers I've ever encountered. Great sales support, amazing customer support, simply awesome!

This was a gift for my stepdaughter for Christmas. She was thrilled with the dishes. She needed something that was lightweight yet durable. This fit the bill. I was impressed that all was made in the USA except for the mugs. Hope this remains the case for the future of the USA.

The dishes arrived well packaged. Everything is as described. And Corell dishes are really good. I often end up hitting the sink or tap while washing and nothing happens! They look great and are really chip resistant. I would recommend Corelle to anyone!

I love the plates and the mugs. They are lighter, attractive, beautiful and shiny. Cheaper price for an excellent quality and safe delivery!
