Bought this along with the 10 oz bowl and bread and butter plate for my infant granddaughter to grow with as she learns to eat various foods. For me, avoiding plastics is the way to go, even if labelled BPA free and there really aren't many options available. Corelle has a long and reliable history and the breakage resistance was the determining factor. Even though there aren't specific baby sets or patterns, this one in particular works for a little girl.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Corelle dishes are great...light & unbreakable!
This is my 2nd. set. Replaced 1st set to match my new kitchen!
