this product is very versatile. it is great for many dishes. I use it for my everyday meals. it keeps food contained in the dish. especially great for children who tend to push their food off their plate. great for stews and soupy meals. I love this dish.

I LOVE these things! I use them as my dinner dishes. They are very lightweight so my wrists do not hurt carrying them back and forth to the table. The deep sides keep my food from rolling off the plate like a regular dinner plate does. I don't know how many times I have had to wipe up the table (or the floor) from food like spaghetti or peas rolling off my dinner plate. This will NEVER happen again!!! I LOVE THEM!!!!!

I purchased two of these dishes because I am a big fan of the light weight baking dishes. I love the ample size because pies do not spill over. I use it for pies, quiches, and coffee cakes--very versatile. Everything I've made turns out beautifully.

Very nice pie plates! These are lightweight, attractive, strong, and a perfect size. They save space and stack very nicely. Crust is evenly browned and pies turn out great!

We received a SimplyLite Pie Plate in a Corningware dish set. Over time we have found it ideal not just for it's intended purpose but also a great size for serving chef salads, soups, and many other foods which don't seem to fit regular bowls or plates very well. We ended up ordering enough of them to compliment a place setting. The Pie Plates are a quality "Made in the USA" product.
