I read a review of these containers in Cook's Illustrated and subsequently purchased a couple of these containers in a local store. As a result, we threw away every last one of our plastic containers collected over the years and replaced them all with Snapware. The problem with most food containers is that they are not airtight and, therefore, leak smells (such as onions or garlic) into the rest of the refrigerator. These containers emit no absolutely odors. The added benefit is that are are all stackable and space efficient -- making good use of every inch of finite freezer spaces. I've recommended these products to several friends who also cook a lot and they are all equally enthusiastic about this product.

I have had a number of these if various sizes for a number of years. I have added to my collection for freezer storage. They are durable and handle washing in the dishwasher well. I've had the first set for 4+ years and it still looks good and the seals all work!!! I will buy more when I need more food storage.

Love that I can take soups and stews to work without leaking. A lid tab broke at the plastic hinge with the first use. Hopefully this is an isolated incident

I have used many different food storage products and Snapware is easily the best. It does a great job of protecting food whether in a cabinet, in the refrigerator, or in the freezer. And is the easiest one to seal and open. Great job, Snapware!
