I have not actually used the product to transport cupcakes yet. I do like the style and the two layer system, it seems very practical. Also the low profile makes it easy to store.
I am somewhat apprehensive of the stability of the hinges of the seperate trays. They appear quite flimsey. (There were several reviews that mentioned failure of those hinges).
I would recommend you try to redesign and stabilize those hinges. -- I have purchased a strap to prevent a catastrophy.

It should have been obvious that the little circles wouldn't actually keep the cupcakes in place. They might as well have just drawn circles on the platter. Half the cupcakes tipped over during the short car ride.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received 2 Snapwear Cupcake/Cookie Carriers for Christmas and I have already used them multiple times. I LOVE IT!! I have so many people ask me about my carrier. It has a great feature where you can lift the holder insert and set it on the edge of the carrier so your cupcakes can be easily reached. I would highly recommend this product!

I love this item. Just wished it was still 3 tiers like the first one I bought. I used it for cupcakes & for storing cookies that I baked over the holidays. I also used it to carry pies for Thanksgiving!

Very nice quality - good view through the plastic. Some of the bases of the cupcakes didn't quite jam into the round spaces to hold them, but they still worked OK. Better than having them right smack against each other in a regular cake container that I had been using. Like that the trays can be reversed so that flat cakes could also be carried in the containers. Also discovered that two sets could be connected if you really wanted to have four levels stacked on top of each other. Kind of makes for heavy lifting if cupcakes are filled; but if you have something light that you want to carry all in one tower, it would work. We didn't try lifting the container by the handle - my cupcakes were just too heavy since their weight was doubled with the filling.

I have bought multiple components of this product. Costco use to carry it, and I love it. The cupcake holders work well, but you can take them out if you are using it for cookies or anything else. If you want to put a cake in, you just flip the insert to the flat side and you have handles to lift it out.

I really like this cupcake carrier and I know at least 3 friends that love it too. I like the versatility of it with the reversible tray and interlocking containers. I have two sets so I can carry up to 48 cupcakes at once. It is great for taking cupcakes to school or birthday parties. Plus, the cupcake tray keeps your cupcakes from touching! I love to give this as a gift to my baking friends. :-)

I am very pleased with this purchase. I was always at a loss as how to store cupcakes after baking them. Everything I tried always ended up taking the frosting off or they became stale very quickly. This cupcake carrier is the answer. Easy to use and really great quality. Perfect for carrying them to parties as well.

This carrier has plenty of height for frosted cupcakes. The rings in the trays keep them in place during transport. The flat side of the trays carry cake layers, scones, cookies, etc. I kept cake layers in the carrier overnight and they did not dry out. Sturdy, well built product that is made in the USA.

I live in Nicaragua and found this to be the perfect item for me in a hot climate with all the ants. I bought my first SNAPWARE® Snap ’N Stack® Cookie & Cupcake Carrier here and have loved it so much I ordered more from you folks, one was for my granddaughter in the states who loves to bake cupcakes.
I use mine for everything. I use it to take my barbacue items to be grilled at the beach. I place the frozen steaks/hamburgers/dogs in the bottom and the prepared salad on top. The salad stays cold as the meats defrost. This item has many uses and I think I will be ordering more soon.

Have owned about 10 containers and 4 lids for 4+ years. Have carried cookies, cut up fruit. Kept in freezer and fridge. All without any problems. Love this product. Finally one of the little end clips broke on one of the containers. These have been used on a weekly basis. One great product. Purchased the original at Sams Club and some add ons at a closeout at Lowes. They don't seem very popular to stock in the stores where we live. Can't see why they don't sell like "hotcakes".
