Why not make a slim cereal container that fits on the self and pours into a cereal bowl better. Maybe the size of a big cereal box. 13x9x4. Not short and wide You have tops for the four inches wide already, just make the 13x9 bottom with a 13x4 slip top for pouring. With the sides rough for griping.
PS: Please make be make a dry erase marker spot on your tops for the containers that you could date the food for storage.

Happy with set so far but one lid flap broke off on it's very first use. Customer service replaced the lid very promptly.

I have loved this product ever since I found it and have bought several sets and have given them for gifts. I just don't have the strength in my wrist and hands like when I was young and the Snapware has been a life saver for me. Hope you never do away with them. The Snapware is the best thing ever.

I bought this set to give to my brother for Christmas. I already have a few pieces and I love it. So since he lives in another state I thought I would make it easy for myself and let them send it. The process was simple and quick and it saved me some time as well.

I bought my first set of Snapware about four or five years ago. Liked it so well, I went back and bought a second set offering additional sizes.
-The seal system works.
-Even my friend with long nails can manage the lids.
-The square shapes are excellent for packing for camping, picnics, and lunch as well as tidy storage when empty. (Goodwill got all my round stuff!)
-Fine in the dishwasher. I've even put some of the bigger pieces on the lower shelf. All is well.
-Sturdy. I wondered about the tabs breaking off. Well, the only one I lost was on a rather large one dropped taking it out of the freezer. Hit just right (wrong?) and snapped. I still use it because the three sides clamp things down tight. Might not transport anything "goopy" in it but it is just fine.
-Even my friend with long nails can manage the lids.

As stated I use them for transporting food, and storing food in the frig and freezer. I also use them for storing dry food stuffs like flour, sugar, cornmeal, pasta, beans, etc. If it comes home in a bag, it goes in a Snapware. I can see what it is and everything stacks neatly in the pantry. If cooking instructions are necessary, I cut that bit off the label and put it in the container on top of the goods.
I've seen similar items in off price stores but they are not as well made. I doubt their durability.

the snap close and solid fit lets you know, no kidding it is closed and won't leak. I have had a few of these and was very happy to up my set and get rid of my other containers.
