I like using this better than a metal pizza pan or cookie sheet, seems like the crust is crispier.

I absolutely love this stone. It is a perfect size for a large pizza so that you have a great crust without the mess in the bottom of the oven. It also works wonderfully for baking cookies. The stone gives you the great crispy bottoms without the burn. And the clean up is easy. Just a warm soapy rag. You never place it down in water! It's terrific. And because I ordered it inside the store I didn't even have to pay shipping costs! The people in the store were great help...they were out of that size stone and let me know we could order it online right then and there! I would recommend this product for every kitchen that has bakers.
