Perfect size kettle for either a one tea drinker family or a person living alone. Smaller size provides for a shorter wait time and easier handling. The kettle is never to heavy.

I am very pleased with this whistling tea kettle. Looks nice sitting on the back burner of my stove top. Because it is a smaller kettle, the water heats up fast. Be sure there is enough water in the kettle before you turn the heat on under it. Don't fill it all the way up because the water can boil up and out of the spout and be very careful when handling it when it is hot

I finally ruined my old one of this model I got handed down from Grandma and it was probably 50 years old. While maybe a smidgen lighter in construction, this new one still makes enough hot water for all of of us to have a cup and I'm glad I could replace it! Nothing else would do.

I like my Revere ware Tea kettle but I did not know it was quite that small. Since I am the only tea drinker in the house it works out fine.

We have had this teapot for quite a few years...always worked great until the whistler broke off and disappeared. Still heats the water up OK but without whistler must monitor it closely. Notified Revere about the problem and asked if replacement part is available. Now we will see just what kind of company Revere is....will they stand behind their product?

I bought this tea kettle as a replacement for an identical one I had. (I had turned the gas on underneath my old kettle while it was empty one too many times! It still worked fine, just didn't look nice.) This tea kettle is so easy for me to use. I've never found another one I like as well, so I'm glad I could buy it here! It's easy to hold and operate with one hand. It doesn't drip or anything when I pour out. I like that it's just the size I need, not a huge thing on my stove top. I'm very happy with it.
