I have ordered these plates as well as four sets of this pattern and about 1/3 of the plates were warped and I had to have many replaced. Many of the remaining are still noticeably warped, but we've been told that's NORMAL with this brand of dishes (told this by a rep on the phone). The reason they get any stars at all is because they are cheap and a good plate for small children to use, but we will be glad to be rid of them when the kids are a little older.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
