I bought a set of Harmony to update (replace) a decades old Corelle set from my grandmother. I was thrilled with the square design, but not with the printed pattern. The glass is completely smooth, but the printed pattern is stamped on after glazing and is very rough. The sound of a fork across any of the colored portions of this plate makes me cringe like fingernails over a chalkboard. I'm also disappointed that this pattern has no matching serving dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new set of corelle dishes..It's simple, yet elegant. I used it with friends who came over for the 1st time, and I got a very good complement.

Good, but not same as ones in factory set

These are a good value. However, they are thinner than the ones that come in the original factory set from Target. Also, the pattern is not printed on them as dark and it is noticable when you have the plates side by side. Overall, good way to add additional plates to the set without having to buy another entire set.
I would recommend this to a friend!
