I have waited a long time to replace my Corelle dishes. Though they were still fine, I just wanted a change. I wanted a brand that I could absolutely trust. After using Corning French White serving pieces for a long time, I was so excited to find that a line of French White dinnerware was available. I ordered them online and have been so pleased with the whole process and love these dishes!

hi` I picked this set for a xmas gift .I opened and immediately loved it ,but it is heavy in comparison to the most correlle sets.so at first I was like this is to heavy to wash (no dishwasher for a family of 5 ) so I wash a lot of dishes! But although it is heavy it looks so nice when you set the table. Like your at a real nice restaurant ,the mugs are great for both coffee and tea! A big plus !the bowls are really nice as well.so I would give 4.5 if I could only taking a smidgen off due to the fact that they are a bit heavy but have decided well worth it. now to buy all the matching platters etc....

I have two sets of this dinnerware as well as several serving dishes and have always loved it. One of the best things is that it's open stock. So I was confident in ordering a third set to add to my place settings.
Unfortunately, this is much heavier and thicker than the other two sets I have and it looks like it wasn't even made by the same company. It's usable, but a real disappointment. I'd still recommend it, but with the understanding that it's not the same product one might be expecting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I originally bought these ironstone-like dishes in 2003 and LOVE THEM. But along the way, a few got broken or chipped. While I know the FAD is "colored dishes" I like WHITE because you can decorate everything else in COLOR. Besides that, I had all the serving pieces & just couldn't see getting rid of everything. After looking a long time I finally found WWW.SHOPWORLDKITCHEN.COM & my dishes! They're slightly THICKER than my originals but no one will notice!
