Nice knives

Gender: Male

All three of these knives are well-balanced and feel good in the hand and on the board. They are reasonably sharp and look like they will re-sharpen easily in the future. I use the parer and utility knife the most, as I have a 9" Dexter-Russell (USA) chef's knife. My wife doesn't like the 9" Dexter, so I'm hoping the 7 1/2" chef's knife will grow on her. Colored handles make it easy to go to the right knife in a crowded drawer. I also like (and use) the included protective covers. The set is well worth the price.

I would recommend this to a friend!
