The cookie baking sheets work well, but the rounded bottom edges prevent 11"x17" silicone mats from lying flat.

I purchase 4 of these cookie sheets every 5 years or so. I use them exclusively for my holiday baking. After 5 years they get a bit worn and I replace them for my holiday baking, but the old ones are then used day to day for other baking and cooking needs. Overall a great buy. NO sticking and the perfect size for 1 dozen cookies.
