Thick for even heat distribution. Heavy duty construction. If I could make one improvement, it would be that they be made in a lighter color since dark colors absorb and radiate heat - consequently foods tend to brown more when in contact with a dark surface.

I bought several cookie sheets, a couple 12 cup muffin pans and a couple 6 cup muffin pans...love love love them all...replaced 15 to 20 yr old sheets and pans. Loved the discount, loved the ease of ordering. The larger pans were out of stock and I recieved an email when the were in stock and received them right away.

I love baking cupcakes- it relaxes me. I am enjoying experimenting with different cupcake flavors and icing too. I love decorating and taking the cupcakes to work to share with my friends. Now, whenever someone is having a birthday celebration, they expect me to bring the cupcakes. I usually bring 2-3 kinds.

I make pinapple upside down cupcakes and bought these pans because they are perfect, I had a 6 cup pan i've used for years, but this recipe makes 24 .. so only pan to buy is Bakers secret................
