This loaf pan has been reviewed by cook's illustrated and received a good review. The pan size is accurate and the non stick surface prevents any baked goods from sticking in the pan. It bakes evenly and cleans easily. The only negative would be that I found the surface of the quick bread I made darkened too much. I will lower the oven temperature from what is recommended in the recipe the next time. I tend to do that on most glass pans or dark surface baking pans that I use. Quality of the pan and pricing is good.

I would recommend this to a friend!
